Annual General Meeting
The Maple Leaf Athletic Club will hold their Annual General Meeting and Election of Officers and Directors at 5:00 PM, February 28th.
The following positions are up for election:
Ice Allocator
Club Historian/Building
Liaison x 2
Apparel Coordinator
1st Vice-President
2nd Vice-President
Secretary
Marketing Director
These positions are currently occupied and should those individuals wish to let their names stand they are required to advise in writing to the President, Neil Brown prior to the scheduled AGM.
In order to be nominated for a position, the person must be a voting member of MLAC as per the MLAC Bylaws.
Other items to be presented at the AGM include approval of the 2021-22 Financial Report for the Club, approval of the Auditor for 2022-23 fiscal year, presentation of executive reports, and any new business brought up from the floor. Also, a special resolution to approve revised bylaws will be presented at the meeting.
