MLAC 2018-2019 SEASON TRYOUTS
MLAC TRYOUT REGISTRATION SPECIAL RATES:
If you sign up for tryouts for the dates shown below, you are entitled to the rates shown next to the dates.
After August 15th - $475.00
FEE TERMS:
Between June 1st and 7 days prior to tryouts (Tryout dates to be determined), the fee will be refundable minus an administration fee of $75. A written notice must be given to Liz Huston, MLAC Registrar within this time period. The registration fee is non-refundable 6 days prior to the start of tryouts.
Please complete the MLAC Tryout Package form in FULL. Should you wish to pay by credit card, please complete the information at the bottom of the form and forward as a PDF (no photos) to Liz Huston, MLAC Registrar at liz.huston@ualberta.ca. If you prefer to pay by cash please complete the form and return with payment to the MLAC Club House on the following dates. Note that we are no longer accepting cheques for tryouts.
Every Saturday from 8:00 am to noon
Tryout groups and skate times will be posted on the MLAC website in August, no further emails will be sent.
PARENT DECLARATION REQUIREMENT:
Please ensure that you live within the MLAC boundaries, see map. If you played for another club last year and have moved into the MLAC boundary, you will need to complete the attached Parent Declaration form and return to Liz Huston along with 2 pieces of proof of address (utility bills, drivers license, cell phone bill etc.). Please allow at least 10 days processing time for the transfer to be completed.
